Robin Mines graduated from The Ohio State University in 1983 with a bachelor in psychology. Robin has 31 years’ experience in the area of mental health and awareness. She first began working with mentally retarded and
developmentally disabled children ages 4-21, during a summer action program at MARCA School in (1983, 1984), while also conducting rehabilitation programs for clients with mental health problems at the Columbus Area
Community Mental Health Center Intermediate Care Unit. She began working in inpatient mental health at the Charles B Mills Center in Marysville, OH (1984, 1986), conducting rehabilitation programs through use of
adjunctive therapy, which led to working on the mental health unit in Marion General Hospital (1986,1996). She obtained a license in social work in 1990. Robin Mines also worked doing outpatient mental health therapy at
J.T. Spare, MD from (1996, 1999, 2001-current), using cognitive behavioral therapy, working with a variety of age groups and illnesses, including industrial injuries.
